Q: Why Choose La Jolla Soap Company?

A: All of our soaps are handmade with care. We are not a factory.  Each recipe is comprised of carefully selected natural and eco-friendly ingredients to create a unique, luxurious and healthy experience.

Q: How long does Artisan Soap Last?

A: Artisan Soap usually gets better with age but due to the natural ingredients, for optimal freshness we recommend that you use within a year of purchase date. 

Q:  Are your products available in stores?

A:  Yes!  We currently offer our "Seasonal Artisan Soaps" in stores.  Please call us directly for current locations.

Q: If I live in La Jolla do I have to pay for shipping?

A:  No, You can choose "Local pick up" at checkout and you will not be charged for shipping.  You will need to call us directly for pick up arrangements. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If there is a problem with your order, please send us an email via the Contact page or call us directly! We will do our best to work out a solution.  We do not offer returns due to the personal nature of our products as we could never resale an item once it has been purchased.
