Q: Why Choose La Jolla Soap Company?

A: We are not a factory. All of our soaps are handcrafted with care.  Each recipe is comprised of carefully selected natural and eco-friendly ingredients to create a unique, luxurious and healthy experience. 

Q: How long does Artisan Soap Last?

A: Artisan soap usually gets better with age but due to the natural ingredients, for optimal freshness we recommend that you use with in a year of purchase date.

Q:  Are your products available in stores?

A:  Yes!  We currently offer our "Seasonal Artisan Soaps" in stores.  Please call us directly for current locations.

Q: If I live in La Jolla or in the greater San Diego Area, do I have to pay for shipping?

A:  No,  You can call us directly for pick up arrangements. (858) 454-2400

Q: What do you charge for shipping?

A: We currently offer a flat rate for USPS shipping (USA only) of $6.75 for orders $50 to $100.  Standard orders of $100 + ship free in the USA.  If you require expedited shipping, those charges will be dependent on which carrier you select at checkout.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If there is a problem with your order, please send us an email via the Contact page or call us directly! We will do our best to work out a solution.  We do not offer returns due to the personal nature of our products as we could never resale an item once it has been purchased.
